While taking a drawing class, I jotted down the participants quotes as they worked and incorporated them into my work.

With the floor spinning it is difficult to draw while looking down. Oh vertigo please go away!

Into Allen Lake....a quiet stretch, narrow and shallow.   Protected from wind, it was a perfect place to float and draw from my canoe. This deluxe hallway of lilies and pads of all varieties and colors surrounded me on either side along the shore.
