yoga in the morning~

This morning we were awakened by the cool lake breeze and gentle wave sounds. After breakfast, a quick bike spin around the coast there was a wonderful stretching session of yoga. We then meditated on the dock with a lavender essential oil neck and toe rub! Quenched with fresh juiced spinach, apple and ginger....we are now off to more adventures to meet the photographer Steve McHugh.
